2 hour minimum @ $45.00/hour
Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and living areas are thoroughly cleaned including: all surfaces, floors, carpets, mirrors and glass. We offer linen and towel service for weekly and daily cleans. For more details, please see concierge services below.
Post-Construction Cleaning
4 hour minimum (please inquire for a quote)
Services ensure newly constructed or renovated spaces are thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy. Dust, debris and various residue will be professionally addressed to reflect the builders high standards of quality and end product.
Short Term and Executive Rental Cleans
2 hour minimum @ $45.00/hour
Units are cleaned and prepared in a timely fashion for your next guest. Our main goal is to leave your suite looking well-appointed and impressive. We want to earn a 5 Star cleaning review; Clean Slate goes above and beyond to achieve this. Our professional cleaners have two years minimum experience in hotel and short-term rental cleaning.
Move-in/Move-out Condo Cleans
4 hour minimum @ $75.00/hour
Deep clean service of all major appliances, cupboards, baseboards, walls, surfaces, floors, fixtures, glass and mirrors. Our aim is to make your space look new again!
Staging Services
We have an eye for detail and design! Our in-house Stager extends services to short term and executive rentals. We do everything from procuring art and furniture to fully outfitting your unit with all essentials to run a successful rental. Commercial office Space/Government office space
Professional cleaning and janitorial duties for office spaces are available 7 days a week. We are happy to work with your needs in terms of the frequency of cleans needed and will ensure you have a hygienic work space that is maintained. Please contact us for pricing.

We have a systematic approach to cleaning residential condo common areas. We ensure that the space is maintained to a respectable state that all residents will appreciate. Hot Tub Complete drain, cleaning, refill and water balancing $60 per hour. Approximately 3-4 depending on the size of the tub.
